Keith Collier
Vice President & General Manager
Keith oversees the ScholarOne business unit and is responsible for overall strategy, service delivery, and business operations. He serves on the leadership team of the Scientific and Scholarly Research group within The Healthcare & Science business of Thomson Reuters. He holds degrees in Business Administration and Information Systems from Baylor University and a Masters in Instructional Technology from the University of Virginia. Prior to joining ScholarOne in 2003, Keith was a Sr. Manager at Accenture, where he specialized in human performance consulting and change management for large system implementations.
Tiffany Coker
Director of Product Management
Tiffany Coker joined ScholarOne as one of the original members in 2000. In her current role as Director of Product Management, she and her team work directly with researchers, editors, journal office staff and the scholarly publishing community to drive the short- and long-term direction for all ScholarOne peer review and workflow products. Tiffany holds a BA from the University of Virginia and Pragmatic Marketing Product Management certification.
Michael Phillippe
Director of Sales, Journals and Books
Michael Phillippe joined Thomson Reuters in June 2008 as Director of Sales, ScholarOne. He brings over 30 years experience in the chemical industry, publishing and consumer products sales and marketing. Most recently, he served as director of customer relations for Aries Systems Corporation. Previously, he was vice president of information technology and e-business for Stiegler, Wells, Brunswick & Roth, one of the nation’s leading business-to-business marketing communications firms, and was vice president of sales and marketing for the Mack Printing Group. A graduate of Hanover College, and Miami University. Michael holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in chemistry. He is an active member of the Society for Scholarly Publishing, Council of Science Editors, Earth Science Editors Association, and a 25-year member of the American Chemical Society.
Diane Biesecker
Director of Support & Training
Diane Biesecker, Director of Support & Training, joined ScholarOne in 1999 and then again in 2008. She is responsible for improving and maintaining superior performance in the areas of customer support and customer training. Diane has extensive experience in process improvement, customer support, call centers, training, quality assurance, and information technology. She holds a degree in Math and Statistics from James Madison University and is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
Paige Angle
Director of Implementations
Paige Angle joined ScholarOne in 2000 and is Director of Implementation Services. She is responsible for the overall management of site implementations across all ScholarOne products. Her team works closely with clients to optimize the efficiency and productivity of their operations. Prior to ScholarOne, Paige was a Member Services Manager for an international medical association. Paige holds a degree in Fine Arts from Virginia Commonwealth University.
John Leech
Vice-President of Technology and Application Development
John Leech joined ScholarOne in 2000 and is VP of Technology and Application Development. He is responsible for the overall management of the Technology team including all software development. Prior to ScholarOne, John worked in a variety of roles for both start-ups and established Fortune 500 companies. John holds a BS degree and MS degree from the University of Houston. He also pursued Ph. D. work at the University of Virginia.
